A valid credit card is required to secure your premium accommodation. Final payment terms are strictly dictated by the chosen property.
2. Cancellation & Modification Rules
We understand that travel plans to the Arctic can change. Cancellations must be made at least 30 days prior to arrival for a full refund during the peak winter season (November - March). Cancellations within 30 days of your Lapland getaway may incur a charge up to 100% of the booking value. Please review your personalized itinerary for tailored cancellation policies.
3. Experience Liability

While we guarantee luxury and comfort, we cannot be held liable for natural occurrences, including weather conditions, extreme cold, or Northern Lights (Aurora Borealis) visibility, nor any operational changes made by independent resorts.
